The archive holds the staff handbook, finance policy and purchasing procedure of a fictional distributor. Answers are pre-written; nothing is sent to an API.

04 / Process

Four stages. Each one priced before it starts.

  1. Weeks 1–2: Data audit. We read a sample of your real data, measure its quality, and tell you what is ready to build on and what is not. Audit report, fixed fee VND 85m.
  2. Weeks 3–6: Pilot. One workflow, one team of real users, and an evaluation set written with your specialists. Pilot running on your infrastructure.
  3. Weeks 7–12: Rollout. Permissions, SSO, monitoring and a runbook your IT team can follow at 2 a.m. You get the source code. Production system and source code.
  4. Month 4 onward: Operate. Weekly evaluation runs, data refreshes, and incident response in business hours. Fixed monthly fee.
